With an all-black design, the two new wallpapers aim to complement the all-black design and bring life to the great design and build of the phone itself. After a bunch of feedback sessions, we decided to give color to the wallpapers since we thought something was missing. It needed that special fairy dust!

Design Process
In recent times, I've modified my design process quite a bit. I've started working more and more with non-digital techniques to complement the overall art. Not much within these two wallpapers are digital. Although compiled digitally, there are actual photographs of cooking oil, acrylics, milk, and ink blended into the overall scene.
For example, the small sparks surrounding the flying paint stroke are captured and layered from a collection of macro photos, where the sparks are actually just about 2 mm in real life and changing with time. After just a few seconds, the shape looks completely different.
